Do you offer DDP shipping to the United States?

We are pleased to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for all orders to the United States. This means import duties are covered in advance — no unexpected charges on delivery. Please note that state and federal taxes are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Singapore. All international orders are shipped with a tracked shipping service — your tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping within Singapore with no minimum order amount, and free international shipping on orders over US$50 equivalent. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Which currencies can I shop in?

Our store base currency is SGD. You can select your preferred currency — including USD and GBP — using the currency selector at the bottom of the page. Please refer to our Payment Policy for more details.

What payment methods can I use?

Will I be charged duties and taxes on my order?

How long does it take to make my order?

Each piece is handcrafted to order in our workshop. Please allow 5–8 business days for your order to be made before it is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. For estimated delivery times after dispatch, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

What about your website security?

Your security is our priority. Our store is powered by Shopify, which is fully PCI DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption — ensuring all information transmitted on our site is safely encrypted and private. How do I choose the right watch strap size?

Start by measuring your wrist size and the lug width of your watch. Our Watch Strap Size Guide covers everything you need — lug width, strap length, thickness, and a full size chart. Do I need to register an account to place order?

No — creating an account is optional. You can place an order and check out as a guest without registering. Creating an account does allow you to track orders and view your order history more easily.

How do I know my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder — or contact us and we'll be happy to help.

How do I change my order or shipping info?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can make changes for you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the details you'd like to update — we will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is dispatched.

What about returns and exchange?

We have a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
