We ship worldwide
All international orders are shipped using a tracked shipping service. Tracking details will be sent to you via email upon dispatch.
Our primary shipping partner is AirPak Express. For select destinations, we use Singapore Post (SingPost). Both services offer comparable delivery times. Expedited shipping is available on request — please see below for details.

The estimated delivery time is from the date the order ships. Delivery times for standard shipping are dependent on the carrier's distribution networks, local customs inspection, and airline arrangements. Shipping to certain countries may take longer due to customs inspection. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available on request for most destinations. We work with AirPak Express, DHL Express, and Aramex for expedited delivery. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and are subject to carrier availability.
Please contact us before placing your order if you require expedited shipping and we will provide a quote.
Exceptions
(1) Please note that we do not ship watches with standard shipping. We only use express shipping to deliver watches. (2) Free express delivery does not apply to watch products.
PO Box and Military Bases
Expedited carriers cannot deliver to PO, APO, and FPO box addresses. If your shipping address is a PO Box or military base, please select standard shipping at checkout.
Handcrafting time
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–8 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.
Completeness and accuracy of delivery address
Please be sure to carefully check the completeness and accuracy of the delivery address. We have no control over the information provided by you, so we cannot accept responsibility if the items are delivered to the incorrect address due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Custom Duties & Taxes (International)
Please be aware that all goods sold may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which vary by country. At this time, we are unable to collect payment for international duties and taxes at checkout. As a result, you may need to pay them separately when your order is cleared through customs. If you decide not to pay or collect your package, it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund.
United States
Import duty and tax rules for goods shipped to the United States are subject to change. We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection or your local customs authority for the most up to date information before placing your order. Please note that state-specific sales or use taxes may still apply depending on your delivery location.
European Union
Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, local VAT, and carrier customs handling fees are payable by the recipient upon delivery and are not collected by Cozy Handmade at checkout.
From 1 July 2026, the EU applies a flat €3 customs duty per item on consignments valued at €150 or less shipped from outside the EU. Local VAT (varies by country — 19% in Germany) and carrier customs handling fees will also apply upon delivery. An additional EU handling fee of approximately €2 per consignment is expected from November 2026.
For orders valued above €150, standard EU customs tariff rates apply based on product classification.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority or carrier for an estimate of total charges before placing your order.
United Kingdom
UK VAT (typically 20%) and import duties may apply. Since we don't collect VAT at checkout, your courier may charge VAT (along with a handling fee) upon delivery, especially for orders under £135. No customs duties will be applied to orders valued at £135 or less, but orders over £135 may incur customs duties. Please refer to gov.uk for full details before placing your order.
