Cozy Handmade began with a simple pursuit — the search for the perfect leather watch strap. What started as a personal obsession grew into a craft studio dedicated to making leather goods entirely by hand, from the first cut to the final stitch.
Considered design
Nothing unnecessary. Every edge, hole, and stitch line has a reason. We work from the function outward — the form follows.
Right materials
Full grain vegetable-tanned leather from a Consorzio-affiliated tannery in Tuscany. Chosen for character, density, and the way it ages.
Built to last
Hand saddle-stitched with Japanese waxed linen thread. No machine shortcuts. The same method saddlers have used for centuries.
Every piece we make — watch straps, wallets, card holders, travel accessories — is guided by the same commitment: considered design, minimal form, and the kind of durability that only comes from working slowly with the right materials.
